USMD_OOCU - Configure Workflow Tasks

In this Customizing activity, you make customize the standard tasks that are delivered with Financial Master Data Management.

You have made the required settings for workflows and defined the organizational plan in Customizing for SAP NetWeaver under Application Server -> Business Management -> SAP Business Workflow.

In the component hierarchy that is displayed, you make the settings for workflow template WS75700043in application component Financial Master Data Managementunder Financials, and for the workflow templates WS75700027 or WS75700040in the application component Master Data Governanceunder Cross-Application Components-> Master Data Processes. Use one of the following pushbuttons the make the following settings:

• Activate Event Linkage

Select the desired workflow template. Activate the event linkage of a workflow template by choosing the detail view and selecting the Event Linkage Activated indicator. Do not use multiple workflows.

• Assign Agents: Define which persons should be able to process the tasks.

Select the task and choose the Properties# button.

You have the following options:

• If you want the task to be generally available to all processors in the system, select General Task. In this case, you do not need to assign processors.

• If the task is intended for certain processors only, select General Forwarding Not Allowed. In this case, you also need to specify the possible processors for the task.

• If the task should not be forwarded, select Forwarding Not Allowed.
