In this Customizing activity, you maintain the texts for the XML tags used in golden audit reporting. The XML tags are used in the Golden Audit: Payroll (China) (HCNCGA00) report.

For more information about reporting requirements and compliance with national standards, refer to the latest publications from the China Electronics Standardization Institute (CESI).

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the Version Management (VC_50XML_CN) view cluster.

Note you can define a variant to bypass the selection screen and directly enter details into the view cluster.

  1. Start view cluster maintenance, using transaction SM34and the Version Management (VC_50XML_CN) view cluster.
  2. Enter the work area details and press Enterto display an overview of the view cluster.
  3. Double-click the Main structures line item in the Dialog Structure pane; the system then displays the main nodes of the XML file in the the Main structure screen section on the right side of the screen.
  4. To display a structure in detail, select a line item from the Main structure screen section, and then choose the Main structures in detail in the Dialog Structure pane. Ignore the warning message that displays and press enter
  5. You can maintain the texts for the XML tags by changing values in the Tag textfield.
Note: You do not need to maintain the conversion rules for values.
  1. Save your entries.
