In this IMG activity, you specify how the shift reports are to look after generation and which data the shift report is to contain.

You have defined a signature strategy if you have to sign the shift reports.

  1. Choose Shift Report Type.
Here you create the shift report type. If you need different types of shift report that are to be structured differently due to different requirements of the technical objects, you must create several report types. In addition, you can define the following functions in this section:

  • Whether it has to be checked whether the shift report has been changed since it was last saved

  • Whether the shift reports have to be signed. If necessary, specify the signature strategy

  • Whether a shift report has to be completed before you can create the next shift report

  1. Determine the content of the shift report.
Here you must assign a class and a PDF form. The following classes and forms are provided:
Standard class CL_COCF_SR_PDF_EAM
PDF form COCF_SR_PDF_LAYOUT_EAM is assigned to this class. You can adjust this form to suit your requirements using transaction SFP by copying and changing it accordingly.
Separate Customizing is predefined for the standard class. You can invoke this using the Customizing function key. Here you define the sections that are to comprise the shift report in the PDF form.
You can specify the following for each of these sections:
  • Whether the section is to be displayed in the shift report

  • The appearance of the layout

  • The number of lines to be displayed per table cell

  • The number of lines of a long text that are to be displayed. For very long long texts, you can detemrine the number of first and last lines.
