VC_FCLMPOA_AUTHGR - Define Authorization Groups for Powers of Attorney

Define authorization groups that control access to powers of attorney in the Manage Powers of Attorney for Banking Transactions and Implement Powers of Attorney for Banking Transactions apps.

When you create a power of attorney, you must assign an authorization group.

Only users with authorization for the corresponding authorization group can create, edit, or display powers of attorney in the Manage Powers of Attorney for Banking Transactionsapp, and create, edit, or display implementations in the Implement Powers of Attorney for Banking Transactions app.

The authorization group also controls which company codes are allowed for a power of attorney.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter a name and a description for the authorization group.
3. If you want the authorization group to be relevant for all company codes, set the Authorized for All Company Codes (All CoCd) indicator.
4. Save your entries.
5. If you want the authorization group to be relevant only for certain company codes, select the authorization group and choose Company Codes.
6. Choose New Entries.
7. Enter the company codes.
8. Save your entries.
