Italy: Define a key figure group to report your fixed assets according to the legal requirements for reporting asset registers.

You use this configuration activity to define a key figure group for fixed assets selection to be reported in the Fixed Asset Register report.

The AHS_HRY_IT key figure group with the hierarchy AHS_HRY_IT/FXDAST_REG is predefined for the Fixed Asset Register reports.

To use your own key figure group and hierarchy instead of the standard one, proceed as follows:

1. Copy the AHS_HRY_ITkey figure group with the hierarchy AHS_HRY_IT/FXDAST_REGinto your own key figure group and hierarchy. Begin your key figure group with X, Y, or Z.

Make sure you don't change or delete any standard key figure groups created in the SAP namespace.

1. Adapt your own key figure group in Key Figures.
2. Adapt your Key figure hierarchy. The hierarchy must have defined hierarchy nodes from 01 to 09, which determines what is displayed in the ninth PDF columns. Nodes with different IDs are not displayed in the report output.
3. Maintain the key figure group ID in the IT_KEY_FIGURE_GROUPparameter and the key figure hierarchy ID (without prefix) in the IT_KEY_FIGURE_HIERARCHYparameter of the Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting configuration activity.

You find this configuration activity in Finance > Statutory Reporting> Basic Settings.
