VC_OM_T77TB03 - Define Ticket Benefit Groups, Defaults and Conditions

In this activity, you do the following steps:
| Define Ticket Benefit Group | Create groupings that determine the defaults that an HR operator have when creating Ticket Benefit: Entitlement (3408) infotype records for a particular employee, as well as custom conditions for dependent entitlement. |
| Those are determined in conjunction with feature TBGRP, which you can access from the Assign Ticket Benefit Group to Employee Customizing activity. | |
| Define Ticket Benefit Defaults | For each ticket benefit subtype, you enter default values for frequency at which tickets are to be compensated, travel class, and number of dependents that are entitled. The settings are country/region-specific. |
| Define Conditions for Dependent Entitlement | Enter the conditions that the employee's dependents must meet to grant the benefit. Conditions include gender, type of dependent, whether the dependent is sponsored, and maximum age. The settings are country/region-specific. |
You have created your ticket benefit subtypes in Define Ticket Benefit Subtypes and Beneficiary IDs.
Assume that you must customize the system to cover the following scenario:
Country: United Arab Emirates
