VC_RMSL_DIET_TEXT - Specify Text Modules for Draft of a Label

In this IMG activity, you create text modules for the diet label draft and assign them to diet values.

You have made the following settings in Customizing:

• You have connected Recipe Management to Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) under Production Planning for Process Industries -> Master Data -> Recipe Management -> Set Up EH&S Customizing.

• You have specified exception values under Environment, Health and Safety -> Basic Data and Tools -> Specification Management -> Specification Database Structure -> Component Settings -> Specify Exception Values for a Component.

1. In the Text Module view, define the required text modules by entering a technical key and the text.
2. In the Sort Order field, specify the order in which the system includes the text modules in the draft.
3. Choose the Assignment of Text Module to Diet Value view and assign the text modules to the exception values in the system.
4. You use the Display Item checkbox to specify whether the system includes diet substances with this exception value in the draft.

When it creates the diet label list, the system checks whether this checkbox is selected for the declared diet value of a diet substance. If it is selected, the system selects this checkbox in the diet substance in the diet label list too, by default. You can deselect the checkbox in the diet label list later, if required.
