VC_RMSL_QUAL_TEXT - Specify Text Modules for Draft of a Label

In this IMG activity, you create text modules for the qualitative data label draft and assign them to qualitative data values.

You have made the following settings in Customizing:

• You have connected Recipe Management to Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) under Production Planning for Process Industries -> Master Data -> Recipe Management -> Set Up EH&S Customizing.

• You have specified exception values under Environment, Health and Safety -> Basic Data and Tools -> Specification Management -> Specification Database Structure -> Component Settings -> Specify Exception Values for a Component.

1. In the Text Module view, define the required text modules by entering a technical key and the text.
2. In the Sort Order field, specify the order in which the system includes the text modules in the draft.
3. Choose the Assignment of Text Module to Qualitative Data Value view and assign the text modules to the exception values in the system.
4. Use the Displaycheckbox to specify whether the system includes qualitative substances with this exception value in the draft.

When it creates the qualitative data list, the system checks whether this checkbox is selected for the declared qualitative data value of a substance. If it is selected, the system selects this checkbox in the qualitative substance in the qualitative data list too, by default. You can deselect the checkbox in the qualitative data list later, if required.
