SAP E-Book

In this Customizing activity, you can configure the settings to create a graphical representation of the structure in Workforce Viewer. You can build relationships between organizational objects such as organizational units, positions, and employees. You can use the following configuration options to create a structure:

  1. Define structures for an application (mandatory)
  2. Define navigation panel data (optional)
  3. Enable multiple selections (optional)
  4. Define default data for a node (mandatory)

With this Customizing activity, the standard SAP configurations delivered for Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, and Personnel & Organization roles are also available. You can override the standard settings by creating new custom-defined visualization IDs. You can then map the standard SAP delivered visualization ID to the custom-defined visualization ID by creating an entry in the Replace Visualization ID node.

Once the mapping is done, the standard SAP-delivered application performs according to the settings mapped in your application.
