Use

In this Customizing activity, you define output layouts for GPSSA electronic contribution collection system (ECCS) reporting.

According to GPSSA ECCS requirements, the employer must generate a file containing detailed social contribution information about each one of its employees and then send this file to the banking institution that processes the employees' payments. The pension contributions are subsequently transferred between the bank and GPSSA using ECCS.

Since different banking institutions may require different information from the employer, this activity enables you to flexibly define different output layouts for your files to match the data that your bank speficies.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

Create your output layout and then map the fields that your bank requires to data sourced from the system. SAP provides the Interface Structure for GPSSA ECCS Reporting( PAE_GPSSAFTS) structure, which contains a number of fields that you can include in your layout.

Adding your own custom fields

If you require data that is not provided by the standard fields or that is otherwise returned in a different way, you can add your own data retrieval processing logic by following these steps:

  1. Edit the Interface Structure for GPSSA ECCS Reporting( PAE_GPSSAFTS) structure and add your custom fields, either to hold new information or to override data from custom fields.
  2. Implement your program logic in the Data Source Enhancement for GPSSA ECCS Reporting (HRAE_GPSSAFTS_REP) Business Add-In (BAdI).

Field mapping

When performing the field mapping, you have to determine how the data is retrieved or sourced for each field. The fields Data Source Type and Data Source from this Customizing activity describe the options available in detail.

Generating the GPSSA ECCS file

After you have created your desired output layout, you can use the GPSSA Social Insurance Log Report (t-code HRPBSAESIRET) report to generate the file that you must send for GPSSA ECCS reporting.
