VC_TIVXCNLWOZSMA - Assign Cities to WOZM Point Calculation for Small Apartments

In this Customizing activity, you can assign cities to the entries you have created for the WOZM point calculation of those rental objects whose floor area is less than the minimum area defined by law (role type SMAP, Small Apartments).

On the WOZ for Small Apartments screen, the system displays all those entries that you have created for the WOZM point calculation of small apartments (SMAP) in the Assign Meas. Types and Characteristics for WOZ to Company Customizing activity. The entries that you created in the Customizing activity are only displayed in this activity. You cannot edit any of the entries on this screen.

You have created entries for the WOZM point calculation for small apartments in the Assign Meas. Types and Characteristics for WOZ to Company Customizing activity.

To assign cities to each entry, proceed as follows:

1. Select a row.
2. Navigate to the WOZ for Small Apartments - Cities screen.
3. Assign all the cities for which the municipalities assigned the relevant value.
