VMP_BADI_VCTXT_IK_PR - BAdI: Determination of Visual Context from Inst. Kit Relationships

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to implement custom logic for determining visual context for the current installation kit in the working panel of VEMP. By default, the system only considers finish-start (FS) relationships. If you want the system to consider other relationship types when determining visual context for the current installation kit in the working panel, you can implement this BAdI.

This BAdI contains the method CHANGE_VISUAL_CONTEXT, which reads the root node from the working panel and allows you to specify which types of relationships the system uses to determine visual context for the current installation kit.

This BAdI is designed for single use only. The system calls the fallback class CL_VMP_VISL_CNTXT_IK_PRECED if no implementation has been created and activated.

The example class CL_VMP_VISL_CNTXT_IK_PRECED is provided, which contains the logic for considering finish-start (FS) relationships only (default system behavior).
