VMP_RECONCILIATION - BAdI: Reconciliation of Parameter Effectivity

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the PLM-VEP-VMP component. You use this BAdI to compare the Source Panel and Target Panel based on quantity and parameter effectivity (model or unit) values. If there is any mismatch between the nodes of the Source Panel and the Target Panel, appropriate error messages are displayed for each mismatched node. The BAdI also allows you to replan for the mismatched nodes and provides parameter effectivity and quantity values.

This BAdI is created under Enhancement Spot VMP_ES_RECONCILIATION.

This BAdI definition uses the standard interface IF_VMP_RECONCILIATION.

The following methods are defined in the BAdI:

• GET_RECONCILIATION_RESULTS:

This method allows you to compare the quantity of the Source Panel and the Target Panel. It populates the list of mismatched nodes to be updated in the Target Panel.

• GET_CALCULATED_TARGET_NODES:

This method allows you to get calculated target nodes with assigned changed number and quantity.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

This BAdI is designed for single use.

The BAdI is filter-dependent. The filter based on the data element VMP_RECONCILIATIONis used to trigger standard reconciliation check or parameter effectivity check.
