In this Customizing activity, you can define versions that enable you to have independent sets of planning and actual data.

During planning, you use versions to configure alternative scenarios based on different assumptions.

You can simulate or save actual data in a version.

Publish of actual data is allowed only from version 000.

1. Enter a key and description for the version.
2. Select Simulateoption if you want to save simulations in the version.
   Any version that is not enabled for simulation will remain deactivated.
3. You can delete only those versions that do not have any simulations saved in them.
