In this IMG activity you can set the limit of the line maximum width of the additional clauses. This activity is part of the contract infotype (0016) and contains the maximum value of characters that can be inserted in each line of the additional clause.

However, to insert the additional clauses, you can write them manually in the PDF or create templates to import the clauses using the RPUCLAE0 program. When using this program, it is possible to adjust the maximum width of accepted characters in the field according to your needs, avoiding a line and information break.

Note:

This IMG activity is used to limit the maximum line width, but this is only possible for new contracts that have been created. After the contract is saved, any change will have to be done manually in the PDF, without any control by the system.
