VV_T596C_NZ_PAVG - Maintain Subapplication for Advance Leave at Average Rate

In this activitiy, you maintain a date in the Advance leave at average rate (PAVG) subapplication that is used to decide whether an advance annual leave taken after parental leave should be paid at the average rate and a warning message conveying this should be displayed in the payroll log when the following conditions are met:

• The annual leave is taken in advance of entitlement.

• The next anniversary date is within twelve months of the parental leave's end date.

• The annual leave is about to be paid at the ordinary rate.

If the date maintained in this subapplication falls before the end date of the current payroll period, the advance leave should be paid at the average rate and a warning message to this effect should be displayed in the payroll log.

Note:

• This subapplication is delivered with the date 01.04.2018, and can be set to another date as per your organization's requirement.

• If this functionality is not needed, the date can be set to 31.12.9999 to prevent it from coming into effect.
