V_CND_MAP_CRMBBP - Define Mapping for Condition Types from Application BBP to Application CRM
General Material Data Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component StructureThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
If you want to use condition types from SAP ECC purchasing contracts in SAP CRM sales orders , you need to make the appropriate entries in this IMG activity.
Map the required condition types in application BBP (that correspond to the condition types in application M in SAP ECC) to condition types in application CRM.
In principle, the CRM condition type must have the same customizing attribute as the allocated BBP condition type. However, do not allocate an access sequence to the CRM condition type. In the field Data Record Source, enter the value M = CRM: Condition from the ERP purchasing contract. Insert the CRM condition type in the pricing procedure that you want to use.
Note: A direct use of conditions from a purchasing contract (application M in SAP ECC) in an SAP CRM pricing procedure is not possible. This is why you must transfer the conditions to the application BBP (SAP CRM) first. A mapping of the condition types from application BBP (SAP CRM) to application CRM (SAP CRM) can then take place.
The following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
- SAP CRM
- In condition object DNL_CUST_CNDALL for the SAP ECC application M (purchasing), you have adjusted the appropriate filters for the download of condition customizing that enable the download from application M to application BBP. In the standard attribute of the filter, the download of purchasing conditions is suppressed. Enhance the filter with the entry KAPPL EQ M for the following tables: T681, T682, T682I, T682T, T682V, T682Z, T685, T685A, and T685T.
- SAP ECC
- You have made appropriate entries (in other words, you have entered the required condition types from the purchasing contract) in the table CND_MAPC_PASS_UA for the delta download of the purchasing contract condition records from SAP ECC to SAP CRM. You can find further information in the SAP ECC Implementation Guide (IMG) under Logistics Execution -> Service Parts Management (SPM) -> Third-Party Order Processing (SPM) -> Determine Condition Types from Purchasing Contracts for Transfer to SAP CRM.
- SAP CRM
- You have defined a mapping of the condition types from application BBP (SAP CRM) to condition types from application CRM (SAP CRM). The condition types from application BBP (SAP CRM) correspond to those in application M (purchasing) in SAP ECC. You can define the mapping in the customizing table CND_MAPC_CRM_BBP.
- To start an initial download, you must have created the download objects for the SAP ECC condition tables in SAP CRM (Objects of type DNL_COND_Axyz, where xyz = SAP ECC condition table number).
- You have set up the customizing for pricing.
