V_COLLATE_RES - Residence Time for Collateral and Collateral Objects

You use this Customizing activity to define the residence time for Collateral and Collateral Object. When the residence time is elapsed, all the Collateral or Collateral Object related data are archived.

You can choose the collateral type for which you would like to maintain the residence time.

Note:

By default, the residence time value for both the Collateral and Collateral Object is two years.

Consider the residence time for collateral is 90 days. During the archiving process, only the collaterals that are older than 90 days will be archived.
