In this Customizing activity, you assign planning transactions to be launched based on the organization details for a trade promotion agreement.
Planning transactions allow you to launch Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), Business Server Pages (BSPs) from other systems, and Business Object Repository (BOR) transactions.
You assign planning transactions to the combined attributes that comprise an agreement's organization details:
- Sales organization
- Distribution channel
- Division
When the organization details of a trade promotion agreement match those defined in this IMG activity, the specified planning transaction launches.
You have configured the transaction launcher in the IMG activity Configure Transaction Launcher.
- Assign values to sales organization, distribution channel, and division.
- Select the planning transaction to launch.
