This activity is only relevant if you defined that the ERP transfer should be carried out via Middleware in the activity Define ERP Integration Type.

In this activity, you set the project scenario from the ERP Project System (PS) that you want to be used as a default in Marketing for the transfer of marketing projects to ERP.

The project scenario contains a project profile which in turn contain default values, e.g. for organizational data. The project scenario is used in the Project System when WBS elements are created.

1. In the relevant ERP system, create a project scenario (IMG activity Define Project Scenarioof the Project System) and assign a project profile to it.
2. In the CRM system, assign the project scenario to the RFC destination of the connected ERP system. When you choose an RFC destination, the F4 help for the project scenario brings up all the scenarios created in that system.
3. Repeat the steps for each ERP system you use.
