V_CRM_MKTPL_SFT - Assign Forms to Marketing

In this activity you assign forms to marketing projects. You define these forms in the transaction SMARTFORMS. These forms can be printed out directly from Marketing and give an overview of the current marketing project, which can be used as customer confirmation.

The status of the form (active/inactive) is not significant until runtime. This means that you can assign inactive forms to marketing projects but only active ones are available for printing.

You select the Default field if you wish to define that a specific form is used as a default. Only one form can be selected at a time for each object class. If you wish to change your default, you simply select another form and the one that is currently selected will be deselected.

You cannot delete a default form. You must first choose another form as the default. Once a form is no longer used as a default, it can be deleted.
