V_CRM_MKTPL_VER0 - Define Version for System Status

In this IMG activity, you can define that the system creates a version when a particular system status is reached. This means that you make the settings so that a version is created that is dependent on the system status.

Each planning type has a drop-down list that displays the existing versions. Only the working version can be used to maintain and generate conditions. All other versions are available in display mode only.

1. To create a new entry, choose New Entries.
2. In the SysSt field, enter the system status.
3. In the Version field, enter the version defined in the previous activity that corresponds to this system status. When the system reaches this status, a version is created automatically.
4. You can use the Delete Version indicator to determine whether this version is the current version or whether it is deleted and stored as a copy.
