In this IMG activity, you define which additional changes or information at document or master record level is relevant for Collections Management. In the standard delivery, all changes to customer items and customer master records that are important for Collections Management are logged (the relevant fields in the standard are defined in system table FDM_COLL_SFIELD).

If you also need other fields for your processes, you can define these fields in this IMG activity. You can also define whether, where there is a change to these fields, the data is to be recreated in Collections Management by the report Distribution of FI-AR Data in Collections Management (FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS).

Generally, this IMG activity is useful if you want to transfer additional information to Collections Management and display it in the worklist.

Maintain the fields at document or master record level if you want to transfer additional information to Collections Management and display it in the worklist.

You want to transfer a field from the customer item to Collections Management.

  1. You define the field in this IMG activity.
  2. In the IMG activity BAdI: Distribution of Data in Collections Management, make sure that information of this type can be transferred to Collections Management.
  3. To display the field in the worklist, carry out the following IMG activity: Financial Supply Chain Management -> Collections Management -> Collections Management Basic Settings -> Worklist -> BAdI: Enhancement of Worklist Items on Creation.
