V_HREC_T5QPBSLL - Map EC Leave Balance Info to ECP Wage Types for Leave Loading

In this Customizing activity, you map the leave balance information from the Employee Central (EC) system to the corresponding wage types in the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) system.

When Leave Loading is requested for an employee in Employee Central, the quota details has to be replicated from EC to ECP system, based on which the leave loading amount will be calculated in the ECP system. In this Customizing activity, based on the relevant absence quota type and leave balance type, a wage type is assigned to capture the leave balance hours of the employee replicated from EC in ECP.

In case the shift penalty is requested for a shift based employee, the shift penalty amount is also replicated from the 3rd party system. The Shift Penalty wage type is assigned to the relevant quota type to capture the shift penalty amount in the Employee Remuneration Info Infotype (IT2010).
