In this Customizing activity, you map the purchase leave information from the Employee Central (EC) system to the corresponding wage types category, absence type and compensation method in the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) system.

When Purchase leave quota is requested for an employee in Employee Central, the IT0014 and IT2006 details must be replicated from EC to ECP system, based on which the purchase leave deduction will be calculated in the ECP system. Depending on the relevant quota type, the wage type category (list of wage types for corresponding quota) is assigned to the purchase leave deduction hours of the employee replicated from EC to ECP.
