V_J_3RFPARTN - Assign Partner Functions to Partner Roles

You can use this Customizing activity to assign partner roles to partner types to replace commission agent's data with that of the Buyer or Seller when the Buyer or Seller is purchasing or selling goods (works, services) through the commission agent. You can also replace Consignor's data.

When you are posting an invoice in Sales and Distribution or Materials Management, maintain partner functions by using the ones specified for partner types of the party that you want to replace in VAT invoice form and in Invoice Journal.

• Partner type CR- If a partner has a partner function assigned to partner type CR, the partner's data will replace that of Consignor.

• Partner type BR- If a partner has a partner function assigned to partner type BR, the partner's data will replace that of Buyer.

• Partner type SL- If a partner has a partner function assigned to partner type SL, the partner's data will replace that of Seller.
