Prevent certain Electronic Document Journal entries from being edited or deleted.

You can use this Customizing activity to prevent certain Electronic Document Journal entries from being edited or deleted.

To create a rule, do the following:

1. Select a company code or leave blank to create a rule that applies to all company codes
2. Select an electronic document status of the journal entries
3. Select the Do Not Editcheckbox to prevent the journal entries from being edited
4. Select the Do Not Deletecheckbox to prevent the journal entries from being deleted
