V_LMDRTSLAUTOSTL - Configure Automatic Settlement
CPI1466 during Backup CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES - Frontend ServicesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity, you can activate automatic settlement of routes and stops by execution organization and route type.
- Automatic Settlement of Routes
- Routes can be finally settled both in paper-based and in mobile scenarios. To automate routine tasks during route settlement, you can schedule a background job with the background report P_LMD_RTSL_CMP_BACKGROUND_RUN.
- If configured accordingly, the system checks the route data against defined tolerances after route data has been uploaded to the back-end system.
- When the scheduled background report runs and the system detects no errors, the route is automatically settled.
- The settlement status in the Settle Route Data app is then set to one of the following values:
- Released: The route will be settled by the background report during the next scheduled settlement run.
- Open: The route still requires manual verification and further processing by a settlement clerk.
- Automatic Intermediate Settlement
- Stops can be settled during route execution, that is, when a delivery driver or a van seller uploads one or more completed stops before all goods have been delivered or sold.
- To settle single stops, both the reports P_LMD_RTSL_INTERM_SETTLMNT_RUN and P_LMD_RTSL_CMP_BACKGROUND_RUN must be scheduled as background job.
- The intermediate settlement of routes can only be used in mobile scenarios and can have the following benefits:
- Route stock visibility is increased, if applicable.
- The system workload can be distributed over the day by not settling all routes simultaneously.
- The risk of losing data in case of a broken device is reduced.
- Revenue can be posted earlier.
Note
Automatic Settlement of Routes: If you do not use the background report, your settlement clerk needs to settle all routes manually. That also includes routes that have the status Released.
Automatic Intermediate Settlement: To be able to use the intermediate settlement capability, you first need to activate the automatic settlement of stops. Thus, also the final route settlement is activated.
- You have defined route types in the Customizing activity Define Route Types.
- Optionally: You have defined tolerances in Customizing for Logistics Execution under Last Mile Distribution > Route Settlement > Settlement Tolerances.
You can configure the automatic settlement of the following stop types:
- Check-Out
- Visit
- Check-In (Unload)
- Bank Deposit
- Stock Transfer
TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up
