In this Customizing activity, you can deactivate the determination of open items for a combination of route type and execution organization.

By default, general open items are determined for document types specified in the Customizing activity Specify Document Types for the Download of Open Items. These open items can then be downloaded to the mobile devices of drivers.

However, in cases where it should not be possible for open items to be downloaded, you deactivate the determination of open items for routes of a specific type and/or a specific execution organization.

• To deactivate the download of open items for one specific route type and all possible execution organizations, specify a route type.

Note: You do not need to specify an execution organization.
