V_LMD_RTHB_RTTXT - Specify Texts Relevant for Route Documents

In this Customizing activity, for each route type, you can specify the sales order text IDs, delivery text IDs, and freight order text types that are relevant to include information during route assembly, for example, shipping or handling instructions for a driver, that is specific to a route.

Furthermore, it is possible to specify the execution organization, location ID, and driver group, which are then used as determination parameters for the text IDs and text types. An empty determination parameter has the function of a wildcard.

You must enter a value for at least one of the text fields, either a sales order text ID, a delivery text ID, or a freight order texts type; otherwise, an error occurs, and it is not possible to save your changes.

Note: The sales order text ID is also used for returns.

During route assembly, texts are added to routes and assigned to the respective document (sales order, delivery, or freight order). Texts in other documents are not considered.
