V_LMD_RTSLMPTS - Map Pricing Conditions (Mobile Scenario)

In this Customizing activity, you define how pricing conditions that are recorded in sales documents and sales document items on mobile devices are to be mapped to the condition types used in the pricing calculation when documents are uploaded to the back-end system by using the Mobile Data for Last Mile Distribution service (LMD_MA).

During route execution, if a mobile scenario is implemented, delivery drivers can record new and changed amounts on customer visits. Amounts can be recorded at document header level and at item level. Therefore, you map pricing conditions at header and item level by sales area. You can also map conditions by route type. The route type determines the route processing scenario, for example, the delivery driver scenario.

• You have defined condition types in Customizing for Sales and Distribution under Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing Control -> Define Condition Types.

In the system, price elements are represented by condition types. Price elements can be, for example, prices, surcharges, discounts, taxes or freight, and are stored in the system in condition records. In pricing, the condition type lets you differentiate between different kinds of discount; in output determination, between different output types such as order confirmation or delivery note; in batch determination, between different strategy types.

• You have defined pricing procedures in Customizing for Sales and Distribution under Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing Control -> Define and Assign Pricing Procedures.

In the pricing procedures, you define which condition types are taken into account and in which sequence.

To ensure that the conditions uploaded from mobile devices are included in price determination, in the procedure control data, the Condition determined manually indicator must be set.

You can map pricing conditions to condition types by Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division, and Route Type. You can also leave some fields blank.

If you leave any header condition type or item condition type fields blank, at upload, the amounts for the condition types are not updated in the sales documents.

Note

At upload, the amounts recorded on a mobile device (document category: Mobile Invoice) are transferred to the sales documents even if the values recorded are zero. Zero amounts are uploaded, for example, so that the value of a discount is set to zero during the pricing calculation.
