In this Customizing activity, you can define integration profiles for updating visit lists and visit list statuses in the dynamic visit planning add-on for SAP Sales Cloud.

You have maintained an HTTP connection to external services in transaction SM59 to be used to update visit lists and visit list statuses in the dynamic visit planning add-on.

For information about installing and configuring the dynamic visit planning add-on, see the documentation for the dynamic visit planning add-on for SAP Sales Cloud on SAP Help Portal.

Define integration profiles by entering the following information:

• Profile (enter a maximum of four characters)

A unique identifier for the connected dynamic visit planning add-on.

• RFC Cnnctn for Visit List Update

The name of HTTP destination maintained in transaction SM59 that represents the API endpoint used to update visit lists in the dynamic visit planning add-on with information sent from Last Mile Distribution.

• RFC Cnnctn for Visit List Status Update

The name of HTTP destination maintained in transaction SM59 that represents the API endpoint used to update the statuses of visit lists in the dynamic visit planning add-on with information sent from Last Mile Distribution.
