V_LSO_CUSTFOUPD - Define Period for Follow-Up Actions

In this Customizing activity, you specify the period for follow-up actions displayed under Notifications on the Training Home page.

The following are the technical values which correspond to this setting in the LSO_CUSTOMIZE_C customizing table:

• GRPID = LSOFE

• SEMID = FOUPD

The value is stored in GSVAL. The default value is 30 which means the period for follow-up actions is 30 days.

Time-dependent Course

Assume that there is a classroom training for "C++ Programming Language" scheduled from January 1, 2012, through January 3, 2012, and the Customizing entry maintained is 30 days. When the learner completes the classroom training, the Follow-Up Actions on the Training Home page displays the "C++ Programming Language" course from January 4, 2012, through February 3, 2012 (January 4 plus 30 days).

Time-independent Course

Assume that the learner completes an "English" web-based training course on January 4, 2012, and the Customizing entry maintained is 30 days. The Follow-Up Actions on the Training Home page displays the "English" course from January 4, 2012, through February 3, 2012 (January 4 plus 30 days).
