In this Customizing activity, you maintain the social service plan (SSP) types and social deduction plan (SDP) types used in SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM). In the SAP ERP system, the SSP types and SDP types are collectively known as SXP types.

You have maintained the SSP types and SDP types in the SAP CRM system.

Maintain each SXP type with the same key, description, and kind of SXP (corresponding to the business transaction category in CRM) as is found in the SAP CRM system.
