V_RESVER - Define Capacity Variants

In this IMG activity, you can specify variants for the available capacity of resources. Capacity variants describe, for example, the minimum and maximum capacity of the resource.

You use capacity variants, for example, if you are working with multiple-shift operations.

The system takes a capacity variant into account only if you have defined it as anactive variant in the resource master data.

1. Specify a number for the capacity variant.
2. Specify the status of the capacity variant.

The status for SAP Transportation Management is always Normal Capacity.

1. Enter a short description for the capacity variant.
