V_RFM_C_PMV_LP_A_DRF - Assign POS Language Profile to Organizational Units

In the step, you can assign the language profile for POS at sales organization, distribution channel, or store level.

For example, if all stores in a region and belonging to the same distribution chain have identical language requirements, then you can assign a language profile at distribution chain level (sales organization and distribution channel). This setting is configured at a generic level and applies to all stores under this distribution chain.

However, it is also possible that a store located at country borders, may have different language requirements. In such cases you can manage store level exceptions by assigning a different language profile at level of sales organization, distribution channel and store). Here you need to configure store-specific settings.

Note: Store-specific settings are prioritized over distribution chain level settings.
