Use this configuration activity to include or exclude articles with missing text descriptions in XML.

You can influence the system behavior to include or exclude articles with missing article text descriptions and/or till-receipt text descriptions in the XML created using DRFOUT transaction . Such changes can be carried out for the languages which are selected as organizational unit preference in the language profile.

For example, if language 'DE' is selected as organization unit preference in the language profile, and the article description is not maintained in 'German' language. then if the message is configured in table Message Control: Purchasing (System Messages) (T160M) as 'error', then the article is not included in the generated XML. If message is configured as 'warning or information', then the article is included in the generated XML.
