In this activity, you can assign movement types to process steps of the following value chains:

  • Advanced Intercompany Sales
  • Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer
  • Sell from Stock with Valuated Stock in Transit
  • You have assigned sales document types and sales document item categories to a value chain in the Customizing activity “Assign Document Type and Item Category to Value Chain”.
  • If you are using the Sell from Stock with Valuated Stock in Transit process, you have set the relevance in the Customizing activity “Set Relevance for Sell from Stock with VSiT Process”.

  1. Depending on the process, select a schedule line category or a delivery item category.
  • Select the schedule line category if you are using advanced intercompany sales process.

  • Select the delivery item category if you are using advanced intercompany stock transfer and the goods movement deals with inbound delivery.

  1. Select a value chain according to the process you want to use.
