V_SMI_SOCLUSERS - Define Allowed Social Users for Search Configuration

In this Customizing activity, you can retrieve social posts from specific social media users.

To define specific social media users, proceed as follows:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Select the social media channel code. This field is mandatory.
3. Enter the social user account. This field is optional.
4. Enter the social user ID. This field is optional.
5. Choose Save.

To define specific social users, enter the following values in the fields:

• Social Media Channel Code: TW

• Social User Account: SNTA_FSA
