V_SMI_SRCHTERM - Define Search Terms

In this Customizing activity, you list the key words you want to search for on the social media channel. The search term ID is a unique identifier of the term used to search for a post.

To define a search term, proceed as follows:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter the Search Term ID. This field is mandatory.
3. Enter the Search Term Text. This field is mandatory
4. Select the Language from the list. This field is optional. You can select from the list of languages or leave it empty. The language description appears.
5. Select the checkbox Exclude Search Term. This field is optional. If you select this checkbox the search term is excluded from the search query.
6. Choose Save.

To search for a word, such as SAP, enter the following values in the fields:

• Search Term ID field: 0001

• Search Term Text field: SAP
