In this Customizing activity, you can define categories for rating criteria. You can assign the rating criterion to a rating criteria category in the Customizing activity Define Rating Criteria for Supplier Performance Management.

In the standard system, we deliver the following categories:

• COM (Communication)

You can use this category to group rating criterion related to communication with the supplier.

• DLV (Delivery)

You can use this category to group rating criterion related to the delivery of products.
