V_SRVREV - Make Settings for Service Loss Reason "No Analyst Review"

In this IMG activity, you define the settings for the Service Loss Reason DRPPL (No Analyst Review). Here you define the Distribution Requirements Planning approval status that the unchecked scheduling agreement and purchase order schedule lines must have for service loss analysis to check whether the service loss reason DRPPL (No Analyst Review) applies for these scheduling agreement and purchase order schedule lines.

• You have made the settings for the Planning Service Manager in Customizing for SAP SCM under SCM Basis -> Planning Service Manager.

• You have scheduled the Planning Service SPP_DRP_APPRVL_ANALYS_UTREV (SPP: DRP Analysis Service for Service Loss) before each DRP so that the system saves all unchecked scheduling agreement and purchase order schedule lines in the limited freeze horizon for service loss analysis.

In Product Assistance, choose Enterprise Business Applications -> Supply Chain -> Advanced Service Parts Planning (aSPP) -> Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP).

Choose the status that the scheduling agreement and purchase order schedule lines must have for service loss analysis to check whether the service loss reason DRPPL (No Analyst Review) applies.

If you choose the status Management Approval, the system then considers the scheduling agreements and purchase orders that management has not approved.
