V_SSCINFTYPE_DC - Assign Data Collector Class to Info Type

In this Customizing activity, you can assign data collector classes to the info types of additional information in the Account Interaction Center (AIC) Fact Sheet.

The AIC fact sheet is located in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) side. Here, the data collector class should implement the interface IF_SSC_ADDITION_INFO_COLLECTOR and provide the corresponding additional information for the specified info type.

Info types have been defined on the CRM side by choosing the following path in Customizing: Customer Relationship Management -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Enterprise Shared Services -> General Settings -> Fact Sheet - Additional Information -> Configure Info Types for Additional Information.

Make and save the settings you require.
