SAP E-Book

In this step, you can define the scope and appearance of output lists when working with purchase requisitions. Through the parameters maintained, you can specify whether normal outputs lists are to be generated or whether output lists are to be complied using the step-loop technique.

You can adjust the output lists for purchase requisitions in accordance with your requirements in the following ways:

  • Dynpro (screen program)
Via the dynpro ("Dynamic Program" controlling the screen image and encompassing the underlying flow logic), you can influence the appearance and scope of the output list.
    Choose:
  • ' ' for a normal output list

  • '200' for a 2-line output list with step-loop technique

  • '210' for a 3-line output list with step-loop technique

  • '220' for a 1-line output list with step-loop technique

  • Subscreen
Via the sub-screen, you can influence the detail data that is displayed under Go to -> Detail data.
You cannot change the upper part of this dialog window. Below it, you can arrange up to three sub-screens with additional data. On sub-screen '400' you can define yourself which information is to be displayed.
  • Line structure
Via the line structure, you can specify which data is to be displayed in the output list.
Here you also specify which line is to be the status line. The result of a user action is shown in this line.
  • Data structure
Via the data structure, you can specify:
  • Which routine is to get data not contained in the purchase requisition (for example, the current stock/requirements list)

  • Whether this data is to appear in the output list or in the dialog box

  • Whether the data is to be read via 'prefetch' (for example, 'prefetch' of material master data of all materials of a requisition list)

Standard settings

The following parameters are supplied in the standard system: A, B, B1, B2, B3, C, C1, F, G, H, I

Note:This configuration is used only for ME57 and ME56 transactions
