In this Customizing activity, you map UGR parameters to HCM localizations.

On mapping the user group to an HCM localization, you organize the infotype menus and the infotypes that are derived from the user groups obtained from this view, based on the country/region of the employee you are processing in PA30 and PA40 transactions.
