In this Customizing activity, you can define a generic solution with or without claims.

1. In Solution Type, enter any number greater than 9000 for the solution.
2. In Application Text, enter a description of the solution.
3. In Start Date and End Date, enter the validity period of the solution.
4. If you want to enable the solution, select Is Active.
5. In Work Flow Template, specify the workflow template according to which the workflow will take place in the solution.

Note: You can create a workflow template as per your requirements using transaction SWDD.

1. In Country, select the molga of the country for which this solution will be used.
2. In Name of Country, enter the country's name.
3. In Type, select whether the solution in claims-specific or generic.
4. Save the changes.
