In this Customizing activity, you check the groups of print forms.
A print form is a document with a particular print format to be used as the output of a report, for example.

A print form can also be assigned to various form groups.

A form group can be used to group a set of different print forms for a specific functionality, such as a report.

Every year a new form layout is published for a specific requirement. All these print forms can be assigned to the same form group.
