You use this activity to define the promotion cycles that are applicable to your organization. The entries that you make here are used to delimit the Promotion Pre-Check Report (t-code HRPBSSAEPP_MS) runs based on the key date.
Enter your promotion cycles, including the corresponding time window and key date.
Assume you orgazination have a promotion cycle ranging from a calendar year, where promotions are evaluated on January. You would make the following entries as your promotion cycle:
