In this IMG activity, you can maintain the parameter CHECK_RPTIME.

You can set the value of this parameter as follows:

  • X - If you set the value as X, the system checks the PAAP copied Persons table (T7UNAAP_CO_PERNR) to find whether the temporary personnel number exists for a standard personnel number. If it exists, the system displays the error message Pernr &1, (&2) is copied number from PAAP, which indicates that a temporary personnel number exists for the standard personnel number. If the temporary personnel number does not exist, or if it is a newly hired employee with unapproved data, the system displays the error message Pernr &1, (&2) has no approved initial hiring Action. Not valid for this payroll run. This indicates that the personnel number has unapproved data and hence is not valid for payroll run.
  • If the value of the parameter is set blank, the system shows the error message Pernr &1, (&2) is copied number from PAAP.

During Time Evaluation, HR TIME: Time Evaluation report (RPTIME00 ) reads the value of this parameter.

By default, the value of this parameter is set to X.
