In this IMG activity, you define the position type. Position type is an attribute of a position. The system determines type of contract of an employee based on position type.

You can use position type for:

• Reporting

• Sorting structures in Organizational Management

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Specify the position type.
3. Specify the description of the position type.
4. Save your entries.
